Fashion Showcase
Guests attending the Miss Garden Route and Klein Karoo gala evening were treated to a fashion showcase of the Southern Capes top fashion designers. Exquisite evening gown designs by Jill Lakay, Mina Mvulo, Wilmarie De Jager, Isandrie De Jager, Deidre Nel and Bianca Boshoff were elegantly modelled by twelve of the Garden Route and Klein Karoo's most beautiful ladies. Wilmarie De Jager won the esteemed overall best designer award with various prizes and publicity sponsored by sponsor parties, including Die Burger. Furthermore, the twelve beauties set the catwalk alight with a sizzling display of the latest swimwear trends available at Waves Surf Shop. Previous Miss Garden Route Winners (Jenny Zhang, Denise Schoeman, Meche Alexander and Noluthando Mkhobeni) participated in a fashion showcase of ostrich feather-inspired evening gowns provided by Klein Karoo International.
