Here’s how it works:

At 15:00, kick things off with the Afternoon Draw.
At 19:00, step into the Early Bird Draw and choose from mystery prize boxes.

  1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is exclusive to Tsogo Sun Rewards members and will run from 28 March 2026 to 27 June 2026. Electronic Draws will be held on 4, 11, 18, 25 April 2026, 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 May 2026 and 6, 13, 20 and 27 June 2026. Should the bonus cash prize not be won during any of the main draws up to and including 20 June 2026, the bonus cash prize will be added to the R50 000 Cash and +Play prize at the final draw on 27 June 2026 at 21h00.
  5. A process of declination to be present at a Draw will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk for the period between the opening and closing times of ticket activation before the actual Draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that Draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  6. Participants must register to decline to be present at Draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process
  7. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Garden Route Casino Rewards card belonging to the winner, and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  8. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the Draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may, within 15 days of the Draw, claim the prize.
  9. Tsogo Sun Rewards members will receive Free Draw Tickets. The allocation per tier is as follows (for all draws in this promotion): Ace = 50, King = 40, Queen = 30, Jack = 20, 10-Tier = 10 for each of the draws.
  10. Tsogo Sun Rewards members who have downloaded the Tsogo Sun Mobile App will receive 10 additional App tickets for each of the draws.
  11. Participants can earn additional draw ticket/s by playing Slots and/or Tables. Ticket earning criteria are as follows: 100 points per ticket for the Afternoon and Early Bird Draws, 250 points per ticket for the Main Draws, and 500 points per ticket for the Final draw. Tickets earned will be UNCAPPED.
  12. Tickets are earned during specified periods as set out in the table below, with ticket printing only from 09:00 on the days of the draws, up to 15 minutes before each draw.

  1. Draw tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
  2. Tickets can be activated on either the eHost or the Tsogo Sun Mobile App for all the draws. To activate ticket/s on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App, members need to have their Tsogo Rewards cards active on either a slot machine or on Tables.
  3. Ticket receipts for tickets activated through the Tsogo Sun Mobile App will be found under “Profile>My Draw Tickets” on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App. No physical receipt will be printed for Tsogo Sun Mobile App ticket activations
  4. For the Afternoon Draws on 4, 11, 18, 25 April 2026, 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 May 2026, and 6, 13, 20 and 27 June 2026, an electronic draw system will be used to select 4 winners per Draw:
  5. a) Participants may have more than one ticket in draws, but can only be drawn once per draw.
  6. b) 3 winners will each receive R1000 Cash & R500 +Play

  1. For the Main Draws on 4, 11, 18, 25 April 2026, 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 May 2026, and 6, 13 and 20 June 2026, an electronic draw system will be used to select 4 winners per draw:
    1. Participants may have more than one ticket in draws, but can only be drawn once per draw.
    2. 4 winners will be selected to reveal their prize from 8 Prize Reveal boxes.
    3. A “Bonus Cash” Decal will be hidden in one of the 8 boxes together with the Cash & +Play prize of that box.
    4. The participant who selects the box with the “Bonus Cash” decal will have an opportunity to pick 1 box from an available 10 boxes.
    5. If the participant selects the Bonus Cash box, he/she will win the “Bonus Cash” prize of R50 000 in Cash and +Play, replacing the previous prize won.
    6. Should the “Bonus Cash” prize be given away by 20 June 2026, the decal will be removed for the remainder of the Main Draws, and the promotion will end with the final draw on 27 June 2026 at 21h00.
    7. Should the “Bonus Cash” prize not be won, the R50 000 in Cash and +Play will be added to the R50 000 in Cash and +Play prize at the Final draw on 27 June 2026.

  1. A redraw will take place if a participant is drawn for a second, third, etc. time.
  2. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling draw dates and/or times
  3. The Cash, Spa Voucher and +Play prize winners must claim their prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
  4. Cash and +Play Prizes must be redeemed at the Cash Desk.
  5. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
  6. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  7. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  8. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
  9. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
  10. Any complaint and/or dispute can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
