The Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA)’s Shavathon is in its 22nd year and what better way to celebrate than for the fund-raising and awareness campaign to focus on kindness. Be Colourfully Kind is the theme for this year’s Shavathon. So join us in making a difference!
As always, we stand behind this important cause, and this year is no exception. Show your commitment to the battle against cancer by joining us from 10:00 – 15:00 on Saturday 9 March. A donation fee of just R50 for adults and R25 for children under 12 allows you to shave or spray in a range of colours. So let’s embrace the spirit of being Colourfully Kind!
This year we have added some Colourfully Kind prizes to the mix. Spin the big wheel and claim your instant prize. It is going to be so much fun!
The funds raised by the CANSA Shavathon are used to provide education and screening initiatives, as well as care and support services to cancer patients and their loved ones. In addition, funds go towards pop-up clinics to perform cancer screening, lifestyle risk assessments and educational cancer awareness
