HOW DO I QUALIFY?

Earn 4000 points mid-month to mid-month (15th to 14th) by playing slots and/or tables with your Garden Route Rewards card and qualify for an Exclusive Dinner at Billy G and 1 ticket into the Monthly Draw. You can also earn 2 additional draw tickets for every 2000 points earned thereafter. Ticket earnings will begin on 15 April 2024. Draw tickets will be capped at 3 entries per person per draw. The Dinner Voucher and or Draw Ticket will only be valid for the month it is earned.

 

HOW DO I ENTER?

Qualifiers will be informed and notified about the availability of the Dinner voucher and promotional draw ticket redemption via SMS messages. The tickets can be printed at the eHost or the Tsogo Sun Mobile App. The Draw bin will be open on draw days from 18h00 to 20h50. 5 Prize winners will be selected by way of a random draw.

 

WHEN IS THE DRAW?

On the last Monday of the month during the promotional period from 15 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. The Monthly draw will take place at 21:00 on 27 May 2024, 24 Jun 2024, 29 Jul 2024, 26 Aug 2024, 30 Sept 2024, 28 Oct 2024, 25 Nov 2024, 27 Jan 2025, 24 Feb 2025 and 31 Mar 2025. The Exclusive Dinner will be at Billy G on the day of the draw, before the draw.

 

WHAT CAN I WIN?

With the exciting Club Elite promotion, Rewards members stand a chance to win a share of cash and prizes of over One Hundred and Fifteen Thousand rand, including an Exclusive Monthly Dinner at Billy G. 5 Winners will be selected at every draw.

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members;
  4. To qualify, members must earn 4000 points by playing Slots and/or Tables in a 1-month cycle (From the 15th to the 14th of the following month) to receive one ticket. For every additional 2000 points earned, members will receive 1 additional ticket. Entries will be capped at 3 tickets per member per draw.
  5. Qualifiers tickets will be available on the eHost for printing.
  6. Participants may have more than one entry into each draw, but may only be drawn once per draw. A re-draw will take place if a participant is drawn for a second, third, etc. time.
  7. Participants enter a draw through a physical medium. Participants must enter the physical medium into the draw bin/entry box from 18:00 to 20:50 (Bin closes) on the day of each draw.
  8. A maximum of 3 individual entries can be entered per person per draw.
  9. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
  10. Prize Winners will be selected by way of a random draw.

  1. A process for declination to be present at the draw will be available at the Customer Service Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  2. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
  3. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of positive and acceptable form of identification.
  4. Should the prize winner or nominated Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  5. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  6. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  7. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
  8. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  9. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  10. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
  11. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  12. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
  13. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
  14. Any complaint and/or dispute can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
