HOW DO I QUALIFY?

As a Rewards Cardholder, you already qualify for FREE Draw Tickets for all the draws! To qualify for additional entries, Rewards cardholders need to earn 70 points per ticket for the Early Bird Draws, 180 points per ticket for the Main Draws, and 350 points per ticket for the Car Draw. Ticket earning will begin on 15 January 2024. Free Draw tickets will be allocated to Garden Route Casino Rewards members as follows, 10-Tier Cardholders = 10 tickets, Jack-Tier Cardholders = 20 tickets, Queen-Tier Cardholders = 30 tickets, King-Tier Cardholders = 40 tickets, and Ace-Tier Cardholders = 50.

We will kick off this exciting promotion with a launch draw on 26 January where Garden Route Casino Rewards cardholders will receive FREE tickets for the Early Bird and Main Draw. No tickets can be earned for the launch draw. Ticket allocation per tier is as follows: 10 tier = 100 tickets, Jack tier = 200 tickets, Queen tier = 300 tickets, King tier = 400 tickets, and Ace tier = 500 tickets.

HOW DO I ENTER?

Draw tickets will be available for printing from 09h00 on Draw days. The tickets can be printed at the eHost or the Tsogo Sun Mobile App and the electronic draw system will be used to select 5 winners.

WHEN IS THE DRAW?

On the first and last Friday of the month during the promotional period from 26 January to 29 March. The Early Bird draw will take place at 19:00 and the Main draw at 21:00 on 26 Jan, 2 & 23 Feb, 1 & 29 March. The Car Draw will take place on SATURDAY 30 March, featuring an Early Bird Draw at 19:00 and Car draws at 21:00. 

WHAT CAN I WIN?

With the exciting Friday Frenzy promotion, Rewards members stand a chance to win a share of cash, and prizes of over Seven Hundred Thousand rand, including a bright red Renault Kiger. At the Friday Main Draws, participants will have the chance to reveal their prizes from 8 Prize Reveal boxes, where cash and +PLAY will be up for grabs. On the Bonus draw on Saturday, March 30th, participants will have the chance to reveal their prizes from 5 Prize Reveal boxes, where one lucky winner will walk away with a brand new Renault Kiger.

In addition to the promotional prizes, +PLAY offers will be available to customers who have reached the 500 and 1000 ticket mark for each Main Draw from 2 Feb 2024. These offers will only be available after 21:00 on the day of the draw and will expire at midnight. (For Friday Main draws: R6 000 +Play when reaching 500 Tickets or R12 000 when reaching 1000 tickets) & (For Saturday Bonus Car draw: R8 000 +Play when reaching 500 Tickets or R16 000 when reaching 1000 tickets)

  1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 15 January 2024 to 30 March 2024. Electronic draws will be held on 26 January, 2 & 23 February, and 1 & 29 March, with the Bonus draw on 30 March 2024.
  5. A process of declination to be present at a Draw will be available at the Customer Service Desk for the period between the opening and closing times of ticket activation before the actual Draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that Draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  6. Participants must register to decline to be present at Draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process
  7. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Garden Route Casino Rewards card belonging to the winner; and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  8. Should a prize winner be eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the Draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  9. The first draw on 26 January will be a launch draw where Garden Route Casino Rewards cardholders will only receive FREE tickets for the Early Bird and Main Draw. Ticket allocation per tier is as follows: 10 tier = 100 tickets, Jack tier = 200 tickets, Queen tier = 300 tickets, King tier = 400 tickets, and Ace tier = 500 tickets. No additional tickets can be earned for the Launch draw.
  10. Rewards members will be allocated free tickets for each draw on 2 & 23 February, 1 & 29 & 30 March. (10 tier = 10 tickets, Jack tier = 20 tickets, Queen tier = 30 tickets, King tier = 40 tickets, and Ace tier = 50 tickets). This quantity of tickets will be issued for each of the early bird draws as well as each of the main draws and the Bonus Draws.
  11. Participants can earn additional draw ticket/s by playing Slots or Tables. For the Early Bird draws guests must earn 70 points per ticket capped at 1000, Main draws earn 180 points per ticket capped at 1000 and Bonus Car Draw earn 350 points per ticket capped at 1000.
  12. Tickets are earned during specified periods as set out in the table below with ticket printing only from 09:00 on the days of the draws.

  1. Draw tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.

  1. Participants in the draws may only be drawn once per draw. A re-draw will take place if a participant is drawn for a second, third, etc. time.
  2. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling draw dates and/or times
  3. The Cash and +Play, prize winners must claim their prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
  4. Cash and +Play Prizes must be redeemed at Cash Desk.
  5. Arrangements for the handover of the car will be separately made with the winner.
  6. In addition to the promotional prizes, +Play offers will be available to customers who have reached the 500 and 1000 ticket mark for each Main Draw. These offers will only be available after 21:00 on the day of the draw and will expire at 24:00. (For Friday Main draws: R6 000 +Play when reaching 500 Tickets or R12 000 when reaching 1000 tickets) & (For Saturday Bonus Car draw: R8 000 +Play when reaching 500 Tickets or R16 000 when reaching 1000 tickets)
  7. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
  8. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  9. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  10. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
  11. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
  12. Any complaint and/or dispute can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
