1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 25 July 2022 to 10 December 2022. Electronic attendance Draws will be held on the first Saturday and last Saturday of each month except for the Car Draw on 10 December. Draw dates are as follows: 6 & 27 Aug, 3 & 24 Sept, 1 & 29 Oct, 5 & 26 Nov and 3 & 10 Dec 2022.
5. Participants earn points by playing slots and/or tables whilst using Garden Route Casino Rewards cards.
6. For the first Early Bird Draw and Main Draw on 6 Aug, Rewards members who have been active from 1 Feb 2022 to 31 Jul 2022 will be allocated free tickets per Draw to launch the promotion as follows *Black cardholders 100 tickets, Platinum cardholders 60 tickets, Gold cardholders 40 tickets*.
7. For the remaining Early Bird Draws, participants earn points to qualify for tickets. Participants must earn 50 points per ticket for Early Bird Draws on 27 Aug, 3 & 24 Sept, 29 Oct, 5 & 26 Nov, and 3 Dec & 100 points per ticket for Bonus Draw Early Birds on 1 Oct & 10 Dec. Tickets are capped at 1000 per participant for all draws.
8. For the Main Draws and Bonus Draws, participants must earn points according to laddering criteria as set out below.

9. Participants must activate their entry/entries into the Draw(s) at the EHost, before the actual Draw(s) within the specified times.
10. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.

13. Participants can earn more than 1 ticket in each Draw but can only be drawn once per Draw. For the purposes of this rule, all Early Bird Draws will be considered as separate draws to the Main Draws. Each hourly Draw in the Cash Bonus Draw on 1 Oct 2022 will also be considered as separate Draws. A re-draw will take place if a participant is drawn for a second, third, etc. time in the same Draw as defined.
14. A process of declination to be present at a Draw will be available at the Customer Service Desk for the period between the opening and closing times of ticket activation before the actual Draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that Draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
15. Participants must register to decline to be present at Draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
16. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Garden Route Casino Rewards card belonging to the winner; and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
17. Should the prize winner or their nominated proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
18. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the Draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the Draw claim the prize.
19. Prizes are not transferrable unless otherwise advertised and may not be exchanged for cash. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
20. Prize winners must claim their prize at the casino within 15 days of the Draw.
21. Arrangements for the handover of the car will be separately made with the winner.
22. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
23. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
24. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional Draw, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing board will be informed of any such changes.
25. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
26. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
27. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
28. Any Complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.

30. The rules of this promotion are only valid in accordance with the Covid-19 Regulations at the time of drafting and are subject to change should the Covid-19 Regulations change as per government gazetted guidelines.
